Saturday Night Fun!

Last Saturday was loads of Fun. Me and the girls drove up north to celebrate Kara's 23rd birthday at her bachelorette house. Yes she has a bachelorette house. Haha okay so we decided to go there early so I could begin prettifying everyone. Everyone just had their preferred colors and they left everything else to me. :) So here they are:

So I was able to prettify the girls in time for the rest of the crew to arrive. As usual, it was a lot of fun for me and my friends. We just kept laughing and laughing about everything! And when I thought my stint as the MUA ended with the girls, I had 3 unlikely clients with unusual make-up requests that followed. Certified Bagaholic!

Make-up, Shoes and Bags are all synonymous to being a girl. Among all three I would splurge most on BAGS! Oh yes! I am a certified Bagaholic. My love for bags started at a young age and I definitely believe that bags are an investment. A designer leather bag can last you decades with proper care and storage. But BEWARE you can NEVER just have one! It's an addiction and you're just going to keep buying more and more and more! Besides, you need one in every color! haha! Other people may oppose the hole it can cause your wallets but I say, everyone has their one vice when it comes to purchases, Bags are mine. :)


So let this entry be different among the others, no FOTD's, Make-up Hauls and Reviews. This entry is dedicated only for my obsession love of bags.

2. Favorite Bag

The reason why I love this bag is because this is the first Louis Vuitton Bag that I purchased using my own blood, sweat and tears. Pure hard work taken from my own salary after less than a year working. I was sooo happy when I bought the bag because this mine and It was nice seeing where my hard earned money went. So this bag is special to me, my very first my-own-money bag. :)

Honestly, when I first saw this bag I didn't think much of it, I thought of it as a typical hobo bag. But months later as I was in the LV store, I decided to ask my SA about the Mahina. He handed me over the bag and the minute I put it on my shoulder and faced the mirror, I was in love! It's soft napa leather was hard to resist. I couldn't get over it. I wanted it badly but the sad truth is, it is more than I can afford now. I will buy it someday :)

4. Sunny Summer :)
Okay Summer, here goes. :) I think you're crazy that you may need anti-age skincare because you have great skin! My very first impression was what great skin you have! And your blog, it's like a one-stop-shop because I like how you talk about everything, from food, Bags, Make up and heck even announcing new contests and giveaways. Lastly, you love bags just like me. So I would have to say you're 24. :)

San-San Haul + FOTD

Hello lovelies! How has everyone been? I've been pretty busy with work at the start of this week, but that won't stop me from blogging. hehe

After work today, I dropped by the closest HBC store to check out the San-San Cosmetics gondola. I have been hearing good reviews about this brand for quite some time now because of its great quality for such an affordable cost! When I say affordable, IT IS SUPER AFFORDABLE!! :) I initially wanted to buy their eye shadow brushes however they were out, so I decided to try their other products. It was so hard to choose, they have a lot of products! Oh, by the way, I got my loot for only PHP535!!!! That's about $11! Cheap eh? So check out my haul below:

I was so thrilled because the products are really nice and super affordable. I just wish there were more HBC stores around. They aren't really present in all malls so you might have a hard time locating a store. But don't worry, the visit to an HBC store is worth it! :)

Saturday Night Chill

Just got a text from Lorraine a while ago saying there's a little gathering at her house and that we should come over. Since I'm already dressed from the mall earlier I decided to retouch my make-up.

I'm not sure If I'm actually gonna go to her house but best be ready yes? Hehe Ralph is still asleep, waiting for him to wake up and maybe head off to lorraine's. We'll see, I'm all ready anyway.

Trying Avon

I have always been fascinated with direct selling and AVON is the most classic and the first thing I think of. I love going through the product booklet and choosing items even though I haven't seen them yet. Nowadays this concept has evolved to online shopping, but even with this, I must say, seeing the product booklet still gets me excited! Hehe

So I was in a meeting with my client and by the end, my eyes were being drawn to a familiar small booklet. I reached out and asked if this was an Avon Booklet with sparkles in my eyes hehe. She had sparkles in her eyes too and replied Yes, I sell for my sideline. Then I was thinking, doesn't this benefit us both, this is building client relations while making myself happy with direct selling shopping hehe.

I wanted to get so much but I also thought, multiple purchases will be better (building relations aspect) hehe. So first batch of my orders were:

2. Fashion Earrings (super cute!)
3. Eye pencil in violet blue
4. Eye pencil in emerald green (to follow, color was out of stock)
5. Red Cosmetic pouch (discounted price for getting the Diamond Lipstick)

All that for only PHP700! Haha And oh, I also get a free gift since I bought a Diamond lipstick, It's a promo now since it's part of their new line Glazewear. So I'm still waiting for my free gift and my emerald green eye pencil. :)

Beauty Products Bargain

Like everyone else, I get excited over make-up, beauty products, bags and fashion. So when these items go on sale, I get hyper and giddy just like a happy little girl who ate too much candy. Haha So when I heard that Pond's was having the Big Beauty Sale, I checked their website and was eyeing the Pond's Age Miracle Microdermabrasion kit. It was 70% off!!! Way cool since it's original price is about PHP1,299 and now sale price is PHP389!

Originally ads and flyers announced that the Sale was starting from August 15 till September 15. But 2 weeks ago August 9 Sunday, I woke up and the first thing that came to my mind was to go to Watsons and check out the Pond's Gondola. So I went and was surprised that The Big Beauty Sale was already taking effect! I got 1 Age Miracle Microdermabrasion Kit for PHP389.70 and 1 Age Miracle Dual Eye Therapy cream for only PHP299, and even though it was only 11 am and only me in the store I wouldn't let go of them haha. But wait! There's more!When I turned around to my surprise I saw the Olay Gondola on sale too! Wow it was sooo m lucky day haha. And without hesitation I decided to get Olay Total Effects in Touch of Tan for only PHP378. :) Went home right away excited at all my goodies! hehe






So its been about 2 weeks since my purchases and I must say these products are definately worth it.

The Microdermabrasion Kit did not fail me! I love it so much that I hate myself for only getting one kit and now it's sold out EVERYWHERE! ugh. My skin feels a lot smoother and more even skin tone. :) Same goes for the Dual Eye Therapy cream, I love how 2 different creams are in one jar, one cream for the lids and another for the bottom eye area.

The Olay Total Effects Cream in touch of tan gives a perfect base for make-up too! So this is a keeper! Hehe :)

So now, I am in constant search for a store with stock of the Pond's Age Miracle Microdermabrasion kit. I need more! I need to stock up! hehe

Who doesn't love Beauty products? Even more when they are on sale hehe :)
