Hi Girls,

Today is labor day holiday here in Manila on a hot Tuesday, and my post for today will be my look on a weeknight casual dinner with friends. This was from last night, a farewell dinner for a friend who will be leaving to live in Canada for good. These kind of dinners are always bittersweet, nights shared with so much laughter and stories. :) It was great seeing these girls, it's always a good idea to end the first day of the week over great food and friends! Certified Bagaholic!

Make-up, Shoes and Bags are all synonymous to being a girl. Among all three I would splurge most on BAGS! Oh yes! I am a certified Bagaholic. My love for bags started at a young age and I definitely believe that bags are an investment. A designer leather bag can last you decades with proper care and storage. But BEWARE you can NEVER just have one! It's an addiction and you're just going to keep buying more and more and more! Besides, you need one in every color! haha! Other people may oppose the hole it can cause your wallets but I say, everyone has their one vice when it comes to purchases, Bags are mine. :)


So let this entry be different among the others, no FOTD's, Make-up Hauls and Reviews. This entry is dedicated only for my obsession love of bags.

Therefore I would like to thank Summer for coming up with a wonderful contest that allows me to showcase my prized possessions. This is Summer's first giveaway, and she sure knows how to make a bang. :) So I won't prolong you guys any further, here's my humble collection:

2. Favorite Bag

My friend Kara, Me and LV Damier Azur Speedy 30

The reason why I love this bag is because this is the first Louis Vuitton Bag that I purchased using my own blood, sweat and tears. Pure hard work taken from my own salary after less than a year working. I was sooo happy when I bought the bag because this mine and It was nice seeing where my hard earned money went. So this bag is special to me, my very first my-own-money bag. :)

3. What I wish to have

Honestly, when I first saw this bag I didn't think much of it, I thought of it as a typical hobo bag. But months later as I was in the LV store, I decided to ask my SA about the Mahina. He handed me over the bag and the minute I put it on my shoulder and faced the mirror, I was in love! It's soft napa leather was hard to resist. I couldn't get over it. I wanted it badly but the sad truth is, it is more than I can afford now. I will buy it someday :)

4. Sunny Summer :)
Okay Summer, here goes. :) I think you're crazy that you may need anti-age skincare because you have great skin! My very first impression was what great skin you have! And your blog, it's like a one-stop-shop because I like how you talk about everything, from food, Bags, Make up and heck even announcing new contests and giveaways. Lastly, you love bags just like me. So I would have to say you're 24. :)

Saturday and I had to go to work in the afternoon. So not to feel my Saturday went to waste, even if I didn't go out tonight, I decided to fix myself up and reply to Gem's what's in your bag post that I promised I would post too. So here it is I was putting on make up while Ralph was on the phone asleep hehehe. :)

Nueve - It's Back!

I dropped by Louis Vuitton Friday evening to pick up a bag that I had gotten fixed. I was glad to have it back after 3 long months! yayyyy!

The bag needed the inside lining changed since the humid weather in the Philippines does not complement the almost clay-like feel of the lining. So now it's good as new! :) The only thing though is that the top stitch leather is not even with the rest of the patina color of the rest of the bag. But it's no biggie, I'll just have to age it :) I'm really happy that I can use this bag again and that repair was a fraction of the cost of the bag. I only paid PHP5,200 pesos to have the inside lining changed. :) That's why I love LV, not only are their bags an investment, they repair your bags even after wear so you can still use the bag. I'm such a bag hag! hehe
